We do not run a hotel; instead we offer you a place with a quiet, peaceful nd rustic environment. For making everyone’s stay comfortable we have some house rules please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules before you make any reservation. If anything is unclear, you may contact us so we can explain in further detail.


Food and Beverages:

Food and Beverages are served only in Dining area and Gazebo. There is no room service; eatables will not be served in Huts or Tents.

Breakfast: 7:30 to 10:30 AM
Lunch: 1:30 to 3:00 PM
Dinner: 7:30 to 10:00 PM

Freshly prepared meals from our kitchen are provided. We are unable to provide any servers after 10:00 PM.


Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only outdoors in designated areas.


Pets:

Pets are not allowed.


Occupancy:

The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.


Heating:

We do not have air conditioning systems in our huts/ tents however the fans are installed in huts only as well as in dining area. For heating in winters electric room heaters can be provided on request at an extra cost. The guests are advised to use the heaters until they are awake and switch off the heaters before going to sleep for safety purpose.


Bonfire:

Bonfire is only permitted in garden area and is chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to entertain such services.


Illegal Activities:

Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited.


Waste:

Please do not dump waste, tissue papers or anything which may cause of blocking toilets or water channel. Please turn off the lights & water taps in case of no use


Laundry:

Washing of clothes inside the bathrooms is strictly not allowed. We do have in-house laundry service available i.e. chargeable.


Linens:

Linens will be changed on alternative days however you can ask for the fresh bath towels daily.


Housekeeping:

Housekeeping service will be provided once a day only.


Power Backup:

However power cuts are rare, at times of power cuts, the generator will only run during night hours up to 12 & in the morning from 7 – 11 AM.


ID proof:

A valid photo ID is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.


Damage:

Any breakage or damage by the guests of any items in the house will be charged at actual.


Valuables:

  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables left open & unsecured.
  • Lightning candles or any fire items inside huts / tents are not allowed.
  • Please do not pluck fruits and flowers.
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum during stay. Every other in-house guest needs their privacy & wishes to enjoy.
  • We can provide meals to drivers (Chargeable) but we don`t have accommodation facilities for drivers.
  • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the huts/ tents with care. It is our utmost priority to maintain the properly however the guests are requested to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem (if any), so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

Policies


Booking Confirmation

Reservation will only be confirmed after receiving the 50% advance payment of the stay duration, against bank transfer/ cash deposit. Kindly check the availability with us before making any advance payment.

Check In:
Anytime after 1:00 PM on the day the guest reservation starts. No early check-in without prior consent.
Check Out:
Anytime before 11:00 AM on the day the guest reservation ends. No late check-out without prior consent.

Cancellation & Retention Charge Policy

  • Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • In case request for cancellation of reservation is received before 30 clear days or more in advance before the scheduled date of check in, 80% of the advance taken will be refunded.
  • If the request for cancellation of reservation is received between 15 to 29 days, 50% of advance taken will be refunded.
  • No refund will be given, if the cancellation intimation is received less than 15 days before the date of arrival.
  • Reducing the length of stay on arrival will attract retention/ penalty charges for full length stay.
  • Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation will be treated as Cancellation. No refund will be given, 100% retention will be chargeable.
